Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order, we can not accept any returns. We always want to provide the best possible customer service, so please reach out if your item is damaged upon arrival or there are any mistakes. We will work quickly with you to resolve any issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order, we can not accept any returns.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

However, we will replace an item if it arrives damaged, missing, or wrong item is sent.
